The client
Natco Ingredients is a wholesale supplier of food ingredients.
The brief
The client required a website enabling users to search through and list the many products available, to allow product specsheets to be viewed with a username/password login, and to display relevant information about the company.
The solution
The database, search and listings were created in PHP/MySQL. Drop-down menus were created using CSS with a small Javascript snippet. Client registration, email confirmation and login facilities were developed using PHP. An upload facilty for the product specsheets was added. Templates were developed using Dreamweaver and a text editor to create an XHTML/CSS site following the graphic designer's brief.
